
Fire on Kestrel Ridge Lane, contained to vacant house
Six fire units and 16 firefighters responded and were on the scene for two hours. No injuries were reported.
RICHLAND CENTER, Wis (WRCO / WRCE) – The Richland Center Fire Department was paged to 19225 Kestrel Ridge Lane for the report of a house fire early Sunday morning around 4:30.
When the first officer arrived on the scene, the north side of the house was already completely on the ground, and the high winds were driving the fire towards other buildings on the property.
Fire units arrived and were able to keep the fire contained to just the house. The house was vacant, and no one lived in the structure.
Six fire units and 16 firefighters responded and were on the scene for two hours. No injuries were reported.
The Richland Center Fire Department was assisted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Dept, Richland EMS and Richland Electric Coop.
