1. Call to order by presiding officer. Proof of notification of the meeting was issued with the following note: “Anyone with special access needs is required to notify the Village office 24 hours prior to this meeting.”
2. Roll call of Village Board members present.
3. Read and approve minutes of the July 9, 2025 Regular Board Meeting.
4. Review and approve agenda.
5. Consent agenda: All matters under this item are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered separately.
   a. Approval of Financial Report.
   b. Approval of Disbursements.
   c. Approval of an Operator’s License for Candice Marie Lewis, 1756 US HWY 18, Dodgeville, WI.
   d. Approval of an Operator’s License for Bobbi C Ducharme, E3970 Martal Way, Spring Green, WI.
   e. Approval of a request submitted by Darby Blakley – RVHS Principal to have a fireworks display on Thursday, September 25th, and to have a Homecoming Parade on the streets of Spring Green on Friday, September 26th.

   a. Discussion and possible action regarding update on abatement of property located at 433 W. Madison Street.

   a. Discussion and possible action regarding resignation of Jennifer Snow as Village Trustee effective July 17, 2025.
   b. Discussion and possible action regarding Certified Survey Map (CSM) submitted by BAC LLC/Steven T. Datka to combine parcels #032-0939-00000, #032-0939-10000, and #032- 0937-10000 from three lots into two lots, E4919 USH 14, Town of Spring Green.
   c. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed amendments for Ordinance 180 Bicycles and Play Vehicles.
   d. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed amendments for Ordinance 262-1 Curfew established.
   e. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed amendments for Ordinance 288-1 Hours of operation.
